In the misty town of Kingsport, teacher Cecil Blackburn uncovers a mysterious amulet. Corrupted by its power, he unleashes an ancient power that begins to warp reality. As strange phenomena spread and sea-born horrors rise from the depths, the investigators must uncover the truth behind the artifact and stop the creeping madness before it consumes everything.
