The Thompson Files bestiary for Arkham Horror: The Roleplaying Game gathers firsthand accounts and reference materials from investigators who have faced unspeakable horrors, and now you can read some of the source material for those chapters for yourself.
This week’s source materials are drawn from chapter six, “Tales of the Dibia.” In The Thompson Files, investigator Akachi Onyele describes several entities from her native Nigeria and surrounding regions in West Africa, including the gatekeeper and protector spirit known as the Iroko Man. Included are two handouts the player characters might discover if they begin researching the spirit for their own reasons, or if they investigate the case in the “Whisper from the Wood” mystery included on page 63 of The Thompson Files.
