This past week, we’ve been marking Halloween with a Week of Arkham Horror, featuring a slew of announcements, reveals, releases, free downloads and more for fans of Arkham Horror, from a host of studios including Fantasy Flight Games, EDGE, Aconyte Books. For anyone who missed any of the fun, or is looking for more information on any of the exciting announcements made during the week, we bring you this recap, with links to all the news stories, videos, downloads and livestreams that have been appearing throughout the week.

“The world has changed. The page has turned. And now, a new chapter awaits.”
Fantasy Flight Games have announced a new core set for Arkham Horror: The Card Game, heralding the beginning of the game’s second chapter.
And with it comes a prequel novel from Aconyte Books, Bullets in the Dark, by Cath Lauria, featuring a famous name, newly returned to Arkham…

But before we get to Chapter Two, there remain matters to conclude in Arkham, and The Arcane Gamble of Harvey Walters, the concluding book in the Drowned City series from Aconyte, by Rosemary Jones, does just that, and it’s out now.

Asmodee Entertainment and Cornerstone Software Development, Inc. have announced that Eldritch Horror is coming to Steam in a definitive digital edition. Read all about it here.

Coming next year and following up Dreams of Kingsport is the just announced Kingsport Mysteries from EDGE Studio. (And, if you missed them, we have previews of Dreams of Kingsport here, here and here.)

Aconyte have also announced the third Arkham Horror Investigators Gamebook, The Kingsport Metamorphosis by Jonathan Green. Check it out and hear from the author in the announcement post.

Previously only available for Free RPG Day, the quick-start Comets of Kingsport adventure for Arkham Horror: The Roleplaying Game is available to download in PDF format now.

The night itself may have passed, but there’s still the weekend and plenty more time for indulging your love of Arkham Horror heading into the holiday season. With that in mind, we bring you our recommendations for what to play and what to read this Halloween and Holiday Season.

On top of that, Aconyte Books have a rather spooky Halloween radio play for you to listen to, and if you’re looking for more Arkham Horror fiction, the first season of Arkham International, featuring Trish Scarborough and Roland Banks, concluded this week, with the complete collected audio now available for your entertainment.

The Week of Arkham Horror saw two massive livestreams hosted by the Fantasy Flight Games team, featuring announcements, interviews, and discussion panels. Watch Part 1 and Part 2 now.
